I have worked on the image of a young skateboarder doing a trick to make it pop out from a frame of its background.

Then I applied this image to a mockup of a billboard, resulting in a 3D pop-out effect: a teenager and his skateboard sticking out from the billboard’s surface while originating from within the billboard.
